Registration

Registration for the 20th International Conference on Biological Inorganic Chemistry held jointly with IC23 – the RACI Inorganic Division Meeting, is now open. Please read the registration information carefully before beginning the online registration.

Registration Fees

All fees are quoted in Australia dollars ($AUD) and are indicative of 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). Discounted rates are available to SBIC and RACI members. SBIC Memberships can be purchased via the registration portal. Receipts will, by default, list separate line items for registration and SBIC membership dues. If you require a single line item receipt, please contact the secretariat after registration and this will be provided. RACI Memberships are available here.

• Admission to all conference sessions 16-21 July 2023
• Complimentary admission to the Welcome Reception
• Daily morning tea (Mon-Fri), lunch (Mon, Tues, Thurs) and afternoon tea (Mon, Tues, Thurs)

• Opportunity to purchase tickets for exclusive Adelaide/South Australia travel tours

Accompanying Persons Registration

An accompanying person registration type has been created for anyone attending ICBIC alongside you, who is not planning on attending the conference. This registration type will include the following:

• Conference catering - Daily morning tea (Mon-Fri), lunch (Mon, Tues, Thurs) and afternoon tea (Mon, Tues, Thurs)
• Complimentary admission to the Welcome Reception
• Opportunity to purchase tickets for the Conference Gala Dinner
• Opportunity to purchase tickets for exclusive Adelaide/South Australia tours
• Access to the exhibition area

Social Functions

Welcome Reception – National Wine Centre of Australia, 16 July 2023, 5:30pm-7:30pm

Take this opportunity to meet and catch up with your peers in a social environment at the ICBIC20 Welcome Reception. This ticket is included in your registration fee. Additional guest tickets can be purchased through the online registration form.

Conference Gala Dinner – Adelaide Convention Centre, 20 July 2023, 7:30pm-11:30pm

Celebrate being back in-person with your industry peers at the ICBIC20 Conference Gala Dinner. It will be a night of delicious food and entertainment to not be missed. Tickets are available to purchase through the registration form.

Early Bird Rates

Early Bird registrations must be paid in full by 21 April 2023 in order to receive the Early Bird registration rate.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Deadline: 16 May 2023

Cancellations (partial or full) must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations for in-person registrations made by 16 May 2023 will result in a full refund minus $150 to cover administration costs. Substitute delegates will be accepted.
